In the future, people no longer have to be especially skilled at anything. If somebody wants to know how to drive a car, they just download the driving App into a special label that gets placed on their body. But in this Ability Society, there is a poor teenager named Heita who is unable to synchronize with the labels and therefore has no place in society.
